Chocolate in a Bottle is a sparkling white gourmet wine from southern France, made from Chardonnay grapes and natural extracts of cacao and hazelnuts. In the mouth, the delicate aroma of the hazelnuts is enhanced by the touch of chocolate. Serve this drink very cool. It is a great accompaniment to desserts with chocolate and/or fruit.

Our cocoa, which comes from western Africa, must meet very specific properties and is added to the wine in an innovative way, allowing the wine to maintain its clear, light golden-shade colour. Chocolate in a Bottle is exclusive, gourmet and unique!

French wine

Classic sparkling Chardonnay

Our vineyards in southern France have a sandy bottom with slate (in an area known for the quality of the soil and the cultivation of Chardonnay grapes used to produce high-quality wines) and are located about a dozen kilometres from the town of Perpignan. Our grapes, which are of the Chardonnay variety, are traditionally vinified - fulfilling strict production criteria - into a beautiful, classic sparkling wine.
